I’m passionate about helping businesses and their people reach their full potential. Having been the CPO for 12 years in both a multinational organisation and ASX listed companies, I have the ground-up and executive experience to drive a high-performance HR function whilst contributing at the strategic level of business.
More recently, I’ve had the privilege of partnering with a diverse range of organisations – from innovative start-ups and private equity ventures to established listed companies – including Carbon Revolution (ASX, Nasdaq listed), Access Telehealth, Apex Tool Group, Eagle Lighting, Fleetmark, Goliath Group, Zenith Interiors, Easykind, Arcare, Civil Mart and Sandbox Media.
My work is all about unlocking growth – for both companies and individuals. I’ve coached CEOs, senior managers and HR leaders to navigate complex challenges with clarity and confidence, while helping executive teams build alignment and purpose. I also advise boards on governance, remuneration strategies, and equity and incentive plans that not only drive performance but reflect the culture they want to create.
Highlights of my career include playing a key role in Carbon Revolution’s successful Nasdaq listing in 2023, designing and delivering leadership programs across Australia and internationally, and creating bespoke performance management systems that are both practical and inspiring. Whether it’s recruiting senior executives, shaping an EVP to attract top talent, or guiding organisations through restructuring and transformation, my approach is grounded in collaboration, trust, and a deep respect for the people behind the business.
At the heart of my work is a simple belief: business leaders deserve access to capable people. They deserve the confidence that their HR function is robust so they can execute their strategies at speed. I thrive on helping organisations build strong, human-centred foundations that allow them to scale with strength – and to create workplaces where people truly want to belong and grow.
